Crop Nutrition Product Manager - Remote

An exciting opportunity for an experienced agronomist to lead and develop the agronomy function across Great Britain for a global leader in crop nutrition. You'll provide technical expertise across a diverse portfolio of crop nutrition products, supporting sales teams, building relationships with key customers and translating agronomic insights into commercial opportunities. This is a varied, influential role combining technical leadership, customer engagement, trials management and sustainable agricultural development.

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Agribusiness or a related discipline
• Holds valid FACTS and BASIS qualifications
• Has at least five years' experience in agronomy, crop nutrition, technical sales or a related agricultural role
• Possesses strong practical knowledge of UK arable crops, crop nutrition and production systems
• Combines technical agronomic expertise with commercial awareness and a customer-focused approach
• Has experience supporting sales teams, developing customer relationships and identifying commercial opportunities
• Confidently presents technical information to farmers, distributors, industry stakeholders and internal teams
• Has strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint and CRM systems
• Proactive, results-driven and comfortable working independently
• Willing to travel extensively across the UK, ideally based in Central or Eastern England
• Eligible to work in the UK

• Basic salary £60,000 DOE
• Bonus based on company performance
