Whispering Willow Journeys is seeking motivated, organized, and customer-focused individuals interested in becoming Remote Travel Reservations Specialists.

As a Travel Reservations Specialist, you will assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, managing reservations, and creating customized vacation experiences.
No previous travel industry experience is required. Individuals with backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative support are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with researching and planning vacations based on their preferences, interests, and budgets.
- Research and coordinate reservations for cruises, resorts, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel services.
- Create customized travel quotes and itineraries.
- Explain travel options, package inclusions, reservation policies, and payment requirements.
- Communicate with travel suppliers to confirm pricing, availability, and reservation details.
- Provide professional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain accurate client information, reservation records, and payment schedules.
- Monitor supplier promotions, travel updates, and destination information.
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist with travel-related questions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Promote travel planning services and independently develop a client base.
- Complete applicable training and stay informed about travel industry products and services.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reservations, deadlines, and client requests.
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online reservation systems.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- A professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to complete required travel industry training and certification.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Interest in travel, hospitality, and helping others.
