Sales Representative - Retention; Project-Based

• Answer inbound retention calls:
  Maintain positive customer relationships, provide customer resolution/ education and negotiate using retention offers
• Retain customers in compliance with company guidelines and protocols
• Attend 1:1, meetings, huddles, & trainings
• Attend cross-trainings and upskilling

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Positive energy and can-do attitude
• A person with high regard for integrity and diligence
• Critical thinking with technical and language proficiency
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Empathy, emotional intelligence, and resilience
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• An interest/passion for Craft Beer and Wine - ideal but optional
