QKapital Group | Residential & Commercial Mortgage Loans is a specialized mortgage lender serving both foreign nationals and U.S. citizens in residential and commercial real estate. This role is ideal for a motivated, sales-driven professional looking to build a career in private lending, real estate finance, and deal origination.

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, networking) to generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate investors, and referral partners
• Manage and track a pipeline of prospects using CRM systems
• Support clients throughout the loan process, ensuring consistent communication
• Identify market trends and target high-quality opportunities
• Assist with industry events, trade shows, and networking initiatives

• 1+ year of experience in sales, finance, or a related field preferred
• Mortgage or financial services background is a plus
• Strong phone presence and ability to handle high-volume outreach
• Proven ability to generate leads and meet sales targets
• Highly motivated, self-starter with a competitive mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and basic business tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
