** Job Description
** The Small Law (SLF) Renewal Specialist is responsible for increasing revenue, usage and market share in assigned territory in Canada, for West Law, Practical Law, Tax Net Pro  and CoCounsel. You will leverage your expert consultative approach and opportunity analysis to meet customer needs. This is accomplished through an in depth understanding of Thomson Reuters products and strong relationship building skills.

In this role, the Senior Sales Support Specialist will work with both English and French speaking clients and colleagues, so we are seeking a candidate who is fully bilingual.  
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Build productive, long-term relationships with Canadian SLF clients, taking responsibility for their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Identify and outreach to at-risk accounts, supporting renewals in assigned accounts alongside Sales Executives.
* Create sales solutions that meet SLF client needs and exceed their expectations with Thomson Reuters solutions.
* Attain assigned revenue account goals.
* Partner closely with Sales Executives to identify sales opportunities within each firm.
* Negotiate outcomes that gain the support of all parties by exploring alternatives and positions.
* Demonstrate deep knowledge of Westlaw, Practical Law, Tax Net Pro , and CoCounsel, and educate customers on how Thomson Reuters solutions compare to competitors.
* Leverage marketing, training, solution consultant, and Thomson Reuters AI teams and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the role.
* Monitor competitive activity in assigned accounts and communicate insights to divisional and regional management.  
** Required Qualifications*
* * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
* Excellent written and oral communication in both English and French
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Customer service orientation and experience
* Proficient in MS office tools  
** Preferred Qualifications*
* * Legal industry experience preferred
