B2C Luxury Travel Consultant - Kruger Specialist

African Safari Group is a luxury travel company specialising in bespoke African safaris for international travellers. This role owns the full B2C sales process for Kruger experiences, from enquiry through to booking and post-trip follow-up.

• Consult with clients about Kruger safari requirements and design tailor-made itineraries
• Sell and quote luxury Kruger and Greater Kruger experiences
• Advise on lodges, private reserves, activities, wildlife and logistics
• Explain differences between Kruger experiences and recommend options
• Prepare quotations and itineraries and manage the complete sales cycle
• Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities

• Minimum 1 year of proven direct B2C sales experience
• Professional Kruger or Greater Kruger safari experience essential
• Strong knowledge of Kruger region, lodges and private reserves
• Experience selling luxury safari or African travel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• CRM experience and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
