The Vice President, Sales is responsible for driving sales, marketing services, building broker relationships, and client retention efforts for Tria Health in the Mid-Atlantic Region (PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WE, & DC). This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Employer Growth, and requires a strategic, relationship-focused leader with a strong understanding of healthcare and benefits consulting.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, TPAs, insurance brokers, and healthcare consultants
• Develop and execute annual individual sales goals
• Meet or exceed marketing and sales projections
• Conduct a targeted number of sales calls aligned with established goals
• Provide regular reporting and updates to the President

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales or healthcare services
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with statistical concepts and identify correlations
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret business publications, industry news, and regulations
• Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and process documentation
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet research

• Work Environment: The position works from home when not traveling.
• Travel: May travel for 3 days/week or more in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Location: Tria Health in located in Kansas City, MO. This is a remote position. Candidate must be located in one of the approved states.
