  • Energy Solutions:
Sell competitive electricity supply products and related renewable energy and sustainability solutions to commercial and industrial customers.
  • Negotiation & Deal Execution:
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, secure approvals, and coordinate required documentation to close deals within established timelines.
  • Market Analysis:
Research customer needs, market conditions, competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities and strengthen sales positioning.
  • Strategic Sales Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, prioritize opportunities, and achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Broker Recruitment & Development:
Identify, recruit, and educate prospective brokers on available products, services, and competitive advantages.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate sales activity and opportunity records, track pipeline progress, and use CRM tools to manage leads and support forecasting.
  • Industry Engagement:
Attend conferences, networking events, and trade shows to develop relationships, promote offerings, and generate new business.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with internal operational and commercial teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from initial engagement through contract execution and ongoing support.
