Account Manager; Fully Remote

• You will own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-tier accounts, driving renewals, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
• This role is remote with up to 25% domestic travel, ideal for candidates near existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own renewals end-to-end, identify risk early, and close on time to maximize renewal rate.
• Lead customer lifecycle moments, including onboarding, QBRs, and executive-facing updates.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience in Govtech Account Management or similar client-facing roles.
• Deep experience with municipal budgeting and contracting, plus strong data storytelling.
