Account Executive, Provider Compensation Solutions

Location: Remote

Physician compensation is complicated. Selling the fix shouldn't be.

Hospitals and health systems spend a lot of time, money, and compliance risk getting provider pay right. Ludi gives them a better way to do it, and demand is growing. We're expanding our sales team and looking for Account Executives who like to hunt, know how health systems buy, and want their results to clearly move the business.

This is a high-visibility seat. You'll own deals from first conversation to signed contract, work directly with leadership, and help shape how Ludi goes to market as we grow.

• Own and hit quarterly and annual new business targets
• Build your own pipeline of hospitals and health systems, then guide them through the full sales cycle to close
• Get in front of the people who make compensation decisions (CFOs, physician enterprise leaders, compensation and compliance teams) and earn their trust
• Lead a consultative sales process: find the real problem first, then show how Ludi solves it
• Run tailored demos that speak to each prospect's compensation pain points
• Build relationships with industry leaders and identify new opportunities in the healthcare space
• Keep your pipeline and activity current in Hub Spot
• Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product so every new client has a smooth handoff, and bring what you hear in the field back to the team
• Stay current on provider compensation trends and regulatory changes so you can speak the customer's language

• 7+ years of healthcare or customer-facing experience, including at least 5 years in direct software sales
• A track record of closing complex software deals and meeting or exceeding quota
• Enterprise sales experience with hospitals and health systems (strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of provider operations, physician compensation models, or hospital compliance (a plus)
• Comfort managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and strong negotiation skills to bring deals to close
• A collaborative team player who communicates proactively and stays on top of follow-ups with prospects and internal teams
• Personable and adaptable with a wide range of stakeholders, from front-line analysts to physicians to the C-suite, adjusting tone and language to fit each audience
• Disciplined about pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and follow-through
• Polished presenter who delivers confident product demos
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable using AI tools; experience with Hub Spot or a similar CRM is a plus
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Remote position, but candidates must reside within the United States.
