Commercial Sales Advisor

Location: Shippon

A phone-based sales / commercial role with NO cold calling.

No more hundreds of dials, no more call after call where people hang up on you and you do not speak to anyone all day. In this role, they know who you are and why you are calling. People want to speak to you.

We will set you up for success with training and provide on-going support.

An OTE of £40,000 is realistic and more than 50% of the team hit this each month. Many earn more, every month, as it is uncapped.

You will speak to current customers and potential customers who have registered an interest in our services. They know us, have contacted us and have a genuine interest.

To be transparent, you will make around 50-60 calls a day, from these, on avergae, you will have about 35 meaningful conversations with customers every day.

Every day you will gain satisfaction from having positive outcomes, closing deals, and earning your commission.

You will also not be on the phone all day. A great customer experience and journey is paramount, so you will have structured time off the phone and allocated for admin, correspondence, and case management to deliver this.

Once you have completed training and are fully operationally, you can do this from home 2 days a week.

You will be part of a team where advisors can develop skills across both Acquisition & Growth and Loyalty & Retention.

Note:

as some customers will not be able to speak during normal office hours, there is one late shift a week, from 11am to 7.30pm and one Saturday in four, with time off in lieu the following week.

We are investing in training, coaching and development, creating opportunities for advisors to become more commercially skilled and progress within the business.
