Business Development Account Manager

This Account Manager focuses on business development for Altis’s Nonprofit staffing division. You will expand existing relationships, identify new opportunities, and understand client roles alongside candidate career objectives. Success requires service-minded communication, sales discipline, and the ability to negotiate and close business.

• Conduct phone, in-person, and written business development
• Prepare and deliver staffing service presentations
• Listen to client issues and identify staffing solutions
• Negotiate agreements and handle objections
• Prepare and report on sales goals

• Three or more years of sales or business development experience
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Self-motivated approach to individual and team goals
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Technical aptitude using business software
