This full-time Remote Sales Representative role focuses on connecting with working families to understand their needs and present appropriate Globe Life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual consultations, and following up with lead. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, explaining product benefits, addressing questions, and guiding potential customers through the application process. The Sales Representative maintains accurate records of interactions, collaborates with team members and managers, and participates in ongoing training and development programs.

This position is fully remote, requiring reliable access to technology and the ability to work independently while meeting performance targets.

• Candidates should possess skills in Inside Sales and Sales to effectively engage prospects, present solutions, and close opportunities or be willing to learn.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct clear, professional virtual meetings and explain complex information simply.
• Ability to work remotely with time-management, self-motivation, and accountability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Comfort with using digital tools and documentation, and follow-up.
• Customer-focused mindset with active listening skills and a commitment to ethical, compliant sales practices.
• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
