Insurance Sales Agent

Build insurance relationships with Cayuga Mutual as a licensed Sales Agent serving Haldimand and Niagara through local travel. Use consultative selling daily.

This full-time, permanent Sales Agent role suits driven, community-minded professionals with property and casualty insurance, sales, or customer service experience. You will prospect, quote, bind, manage renewals, and support members through claims. The position centers on trusted guidance for homes, farms, businesses, and futures while maintaining a growing portfolio. Hybrid or remote work within Cayuga Mutual territory may be available, subject to business needs and approval.

• Prospect, qualify, quote, and bind within underwriting guidelines
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and manage renewal retention
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with members
• Provide personalized service throughout the claims journey
• Track activities and outcomes in CRM

• Valid Ontario OTL, RIBO, or equivalent license
• Insurance, sales, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills
• Organized, self-directed approach to managing work
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
