Remote Packaging Sales Manager Ontario

Lead packaging sales from Ontario remotely with Winpak, using B2B relationship management and territory development to serve food-processing customers. Travel supports client and industry engagement.

As Area Sales Manager, you will report to the National Sales Manager and represent Winpak professionally in the marketplace. You will build existing client relationships, pursue new business, and provide tailored solutions across targeted markets and product lines. The role requires knowledge of flexible and rigid packaging technical requirements.

• Manage customer order changes, timelines, and product specifications
• Prepare orders for production and shipment
• Maintain pricing against guidelines and quotations
• Coordinate customer graphics information with Winpak’s Graphics Department
• Address complaints and coordinate corrective action

• Post-secondary education in business, science, marketing, or packaging
• Five-plus years managing territories and pursuing sales opportunities
• Five-plus years building B2B client relationships
• Three-plus years using customer relationship management software
• Knowledge of flexible and rigid food packaging requirements
