Build high-value client partnerships remotely with Zay Zoon, using account growth and adoption planning to increase long-term customer value across Canada and the United States.
As a Client Account Manager in Go-To-Market, you will advise complex clients and connect Zay Zoon solutions with business goals. Manage a portfolio, create adoption plans, and turn data into practical recommendations. Use CRM and ticketing tools including Hub Spot, Intercom, or Jira.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise high-value clients on Zay Zoon solutions and business goals
- Build account plans that increase usage and long-term value
- Lead business reviews with client decision makers
- Resolve support queries and escalations through internal collaboration
- Share client feedback across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Care
- Two or more years in a client-facing role
- Experience managing client portfolios and identifying upsell opportunities
- Track record creating adoption plans with measurable results
- Comfort turning data into practical client recommendations
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, Intercom, or Jira
