At A Place At Home – Merrimack Valley, we provide premier, personalized home care that helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We believe exceptional care starts with exceptional caregivers. We invest in experienced, highly skilled caregivers and offer some of the most competitive caregiver compensation in the area. Our office team understands the realities of caregiving and is committed to supporting both our caregivers and the families we serve.
We're looking for a personable, self-motivated individual to help grow our business by building relationships with rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, discharge planners, and other professionals that serve seniors.
Our goal isn't simply to win referrals—it's to help seniors and families find the right care. We take pride in providing a high-quality service, and we'll always prioritize a family's needs, even when another provider or solution is the better fit.
No prior healthcare experience is required. We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, builds trust, follows through, and takes initiative.
What You'll DoVisit rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare organizations throughout the Merrimack Valley to introduce our services and build referral relationships.
Connect with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and other professionals who help patients arrange care at home.
Make calls, send emails, and follow up consistently with existing and prospective referral partners.
Explain what sets our agency apart, including our experienced caregivers, competitive caregiver compensation, and commitment to quality care.
Meet with prospective clients and families when appropriate to explain our services and help them explore their options.
Identify new referral opportunities and maintain organized records of outreach, contacts, and referrals using a spreadsheet or company tracking system.
Work directly with company leadership to prioritize outreach and develop new business.
Friendly, confident, and comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations.
Self-motivated, organized, and persistent with follow-up.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working independently, managing a schedule, and representing a premier home care agency professionally.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our tracking systems.
Experience in sales, customer service, recruiting, or community outreach is helpful but not required. Home care or healthcare experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. We welcome career changers and candidates who can demonstrate strong people skills, initiative, and professionalism.
