• Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present tailored coverage options that offer true peace of mind.
• Prospect for new clients and grow your book of business through referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through effective sales administration.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide knowledgeable advice.
• Develop marketing strategies that enhance product visibility and help grow the agency.
• Proactively review existing accounts to ensure coverage remains relevant as life circumstances change.
• Collaborate with the agency team to reach collective goals and maintain our high standards of service.

• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for the state of Colorado
• Self-motivated personality with a genuine interest in helping others protect what matters most.
• Strong retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and market conditions effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Comfortable with computer systems and insurance management software.
• Previous experience with Allstate systems or general policy management platforms is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus
