We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative – Technology - Recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
We are seeking a professional hard working, smart sales representatives to call businesses across the country and introduce, perform an online demo and sell our leading-edge SaaS Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
What you will be doing:- Look at company profiles online
- Review their career pages to see the technology they are using
- Call the company, find person in charge and introduce yourself and our ATS platform.
- Start the conversation with the goal of doing a demo for them
- Do online demo, sell the functions and features in relation to clients needs
- Provide pricing, and follow up
- Close the sales and complete sales paperwork
- Perform 20-60 calls per day
- Goal is 5+ 1-hour demos weekly and close 4+ sales monthly
You will be selling to businesses of all sizes locally, regionally, across the country and across North America.
It will be your responsibility to introduce our ATS to potential clients, understand their needs and propose the most appropriate solution.
The majority of your sales will take place over the phone and after an online Zoom or teams demo. You need to be enthusiastic, engaging, able to navigate different personalities, be quick on your feet and be a closer.
You are responsible to contact prospective clients and manage accounts to further develop relationships and create sales opportunities.
Requirements:- Previous experience in any of these disciplines – Sales, ATS, HRIS, Recruiting, Software Sales, Staffing and or general business knowledge.
- Experience making outbound calls whether in a customer service or sales capacity
- An outgoing, personable attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoy helping people to solve problems. We are a solutions provider; we solve problems for our clients' recruitment technology needs.
- Expert-level computer skills
- Able to perform 1-hour online demos of the system. You must be tech savvy and be able to walk people through the software in online Zoom or Teams meetings.
- Previous experience using a CRM is highly desirable
- You must be very independent and be able to work with no supervision and produce results
Offer:
This is a performance based IC position
Continuous ongoing revenue
$500 to $3,000 per sale + 12% of gross revenue including all monthly and annual contracts.
$50 per demo completed
$200 per week when 200+ calls completed
We Expect:200+ calls weekly
4-6 demos weekly
2+ sales weekly
Grow your annual reoccurring revenue in first year to over $70,000 monthly.
By the end of year one you should e able to be earning $125K + per year
