Join an established company in the electronics industry, where you’ll work closely with an experienced Sales Manager to support existing customer accounts and keep daily sales operations running smoothly.

Jalan Bukit Merah, near MRT - Permanent position with an established electronics company
- Work alongside the Sales Manager to support and service existing customers in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
- Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and coordinate sales follow-ups.
- Liaise with customers on PCB / PCBA specifications, pricing, orders and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with engineering, production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain positive customer relationships by providing prompt and professional support.
- Assist the Sales Manager with potential business opportunities and customer follow-ups.
- Support daily sales administration and other related activities.
- Basic understanding of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) or PCBA is essential.
- Experience in PCB, PCBA, EMS, electronics manufacturing or electronic components will be advantageous.
- Previous experience in sales support, sales coordination, customer service or order processing is preferred.
- Able to understand basic technical specifications and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable handling customer enquiries.
- Willing to learn and work closely with an experienced Sales Manager.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for business correspondence, quotations, order updates and follow-ups with existing customers who primarily communicate in Mandarin.
You don’t need to be a Senior Sales Engineer to succeed in this role.
