Turning Point Brands Canada seeks a results-driven Tele Sales Representative for existing customer management and new business growth. You will manage reorders, expand product penetration, and support long-term partnerships. The work includes account management, prospecting, product education, promotions, and issue resolution.

• Maintain regular contact with existing customers
• Manage reorders and support new product listings
• Prospect and convert category-active retail accounts
• Educate customers on products and category trends
• Resolve order, pricing, and service issues

• Three to five years of sales experience
• Inside sales, account management, or B2B experience preferred
• Strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools
• English proficiency required;
  French is an asset
