Build strategic client relationships remotely at Zay Zoon using account growth and customer success skills across Canada and the United States.
As a Client Account Manager, you will advise high-value clients and connect Zay Zoon solutions with business goals. Manage accounts, create adoption plans, interpret data, and coordinate internal teams. Support employee financial wellness by helping clients increase usage and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise high-value clients on business goals and team needs
- Develop account plans that increase usage and long-term value
- Lead business reviews and planning sessions with decision makers
- Resolve support queries and escalations through internal coordination
- Share client feedback across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Care
- Two or more years in a client-facing role
- Experience managing accounts and identifying upsell opportunities
- Track record creating adoption plans with measurable results
- Ability to turn data into practical client recommendations
- Familiarity with Hub Spot, Intercom, or Jira
