National Account Sales Manager

Lead strategic account growth for Dock Products Canada from a home office, using consultative selling and relationship management across Canada. Regular travel is required.

As National Accounts Manager, you will manage complex customer relationships and expand partnerships across national organizations. The work combines business development, solution-based selling, and strategic account management within loading dock equipment, industrial doors, and access solutions. You will identify opportunities, support customer planning, and coordinate solutions with internal teams.

• Manage and grow national and strategic customer accounts
• Develop relationships with operations and procurement contacts
• Conduct facility assessments and business review meetings
• Present proposals, quotations, and customer recommendations
• Coordinate account programs across customer locations and branches

• Five or more years of relevant experience
• Experience managing complex customer relationships
• Strong commercial, analytical, and organizational skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP, CRM, and procurement platforms
