This experienced Personal Lines Sales Broker position serves Canadian customers through a growing insurance brokerage. You will manage incoming leads, understand coverage needs, and recommend personal insurance solutions. The work combines sales, negotiation, closing, and relationship-building while pursuing individual targets.

• Manage incoming leads and provide accurate personal insurance quotes
• Generate business through provided leads, networks, and proactive sales
• Understand customer needs, priorities, and coverage requirements
• Explain purchasing steps and recommend suitable home and auto coverage
• Convert opportunities while meeting sales targets and underwriting guidelines

• Valid Alberta Level 2 General Insurance License
• British Columbia Level 1 or Level 2 license considered an asset
• At least one year of personal lines insurance sales experience
• Strong sales, negotiation, closing, communication, and relationship skills
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
