As an Account Manager, you will independently manage opportunities from qualification to signed agreement. Your customers are small and medium-sized businesses seeking stronger acquisition, retention, spending, and repeat purchases. You will combine consultative selling with Hub Spot, AI tools, presentations, negotiations, and accurate forecasting.

• Own opportunities from initial discovery through signed agreements
• Identify customer acquisition and retention challenges during consultations
• Prepare customized proposals and negotiate commercial terms
• Establish next steps, overcome obstacles, and preserve deal momentum
• Share customer insights to improve sales messaging and processes

• Three or more years of relevant B2B sales experience
• Independent full-cycle ownership from discovery through contract signature
• Experience managing multiple SME opportunities simultaneously
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Reliable availability during shared Central European Time business hours
