Who We Are:
Mpathic is a consultative Contact Center and Sales Enablement partner that helps mission-driven organizations grow through meaningful, human-first conversations. We specialize in building, training, and deploying high-performing outbound and inbound sales teams on behalf of our clients, acting as a seamless extension of their go-to-market organizations.

Our mission is simple but ambitious: to help enterprises fulfill their mission by delivering superlative omnichannel contact center services, to employ technology that reduces customer effort and magnifies humanity, and to treat every encounter with another person as an unrepeatable chance to make their life better.

Mpathic is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support a market-leading international technology company offering cloud-based fax solutions. Learn more at

Why Mpathic?

  • Structured training and real coaching - not “figure it out on your own”
  • Clear path to advancement for high performers
  • A team culture that values effort, integrity, and growth
  • Meaningful work supporting organizations that impact real people.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will act as an embedded member of our client’s sales organization, responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities through thoughtful, persistent outreach. If you’re competitive, coachable, resilient, and curious, and want a real path into sales, SaaS, or healthcare technology, this role was built for you.

This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career, or transitioning into sales, who is hungry to learn, comfortable being uncomfortable, and motivated by growth. You’ll be the first point of contact for healthcare organizations exploring better ways to operate - introducing modern, secure solutions into environments that often rely on outdated, manual workflows. Your work directly fuels pipeline, revenue, and long-term customer relationships.

This is a fully remote position; candidates must reside and work within the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound engagement through phone, email, and digital channels
  • Research target accounts to identify relevant stakeholders and business context
  • Approach cold outreach with confidence, professionalism, and persistence

Discovery & Qualification

  • Lead early-stage conversations to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities
  • Ask smart, open-ended questions to uncover pain points tied to manual processes, inefficiencies, and risk
  • Qualify opportunities using defined criteria before passing to the sales team
  • Consistently set qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets
  • Treat every conversation as a chance to learn and improve
  • Learn and apply client-specific value propositions and talk tracks
  • Tailor messaging to different roles within healthcare organizations
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, relatable language

CRM & Process Discipline

  • Accurately document all activity in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Follow established workflows to ensure clean handoffs and reporting
  • Use feedback and data to refine your approach over time
  • Work closely with Mpathic leadership and client sales teams
  • Participate in…
