Enterprise Outbound Sales Development Representative

Drive outbound pipeline for Poka across North America using account research, cold calling, and persuasive English communication. Hybrid or remote work applies by location.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage potential customers as their first contact with Poka. You will research industrial accounts, map stakeholders, and personalize outreach around their challenges and priorities. The role combines outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, structured qualification, and product education to advance opportunities.

• Identify high-potential accounts and map relevant stakeholders
• Prospect outbound and build a high-quality pipeline
• Follow up promptly on marketing-generated inbound leads
• Meet activity goals across calls, emails, and Linked In
• Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations

• Two or more years in enterprise business-to-business sales
• Experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or Account Manager
• Clear persuasive English communication and active listening
• Energy for cold calling and outbound sales
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoom Info, or Linked In Sales Navigator
