Remote B2B Sales Development Representative

Build new business through outbound prospecting and lead qualification as War Room’s fully remote representative based in the Greater Toronto Area. Work Eastern Time hours.

As a Business Development Representative reporting to the Director of Sales, you will generate opportunities for War Room’s digital marketing and technical services. The role focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying inbound leads, and supporting the sales pipeline. You will use email, Linked In, calling, research, and multichannel sequences.

• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound channels
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery meetings
• Build targeted prospect lists using lemlist or Linked In Sales Navigator
• Personalize outreach through account and contact research
• Track activities, outcomes, and qualification information in Hub Spot

• One to three years of B2B sales development experience
• Success with outbound prospecting and booking discovery meetings
• Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Greater Toronto Area location and Eastern Time availability
