Respond to customer questions and resolve issues via email, chat, or phone in a timely and professional manner.

Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives through effective online engagement. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings. Collaborate with the remote team to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience. Assist in creating engaging product descriptions and digital marketing content. Uphold company standards for customer service and brand representation in all remote interactions.

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is advantageous, particularly in an online or remote capacity.
