Reliance Health aims to make quality healthcare delightful, affordable, and accessible across emerging markets. This Sales Operations Associate role owns optimizing tools, processes, and content to support the sales team and accelerate revenue growth across markets.

• Manage incoming leads and support proactive outreach
• Use CRM and sales tools to track leads and maintain pipeline accuracy
• Create and maintain sales materials and resources aligned with products and messaging
• Develop and deliver training materials to reinforce sales processes
• Build dashboards and reports to monitor sales development performance
• Qualify inbound leads and support outbound prospecting efforts

• Bachelor's degree or HND in any discipline, NYSC completed or exemption
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, operations, or project management
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Comfort with data, dashboards, and metrics; proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM systems a plus (Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot, Fresh sales)
