Sales Campaign Coordinator

Support Bell Media sales campaigns remotely from Toronto using precise administration, campaign coordination, and sales data management skills. Help teams keep campaign activity moving accurately.

The Sales Coordinator supports Bell Media’s sales team throughout the campaign lifecycle, from proposal through completion. You will process documentation, coordinate internal departments and external clients, generate reports, and assist with lead management and customer inquiries. This full-time remote position requires organized communication and careful data handling.

• Process contracts, revisions, and sales documentation accurately
• Coordinate inquiries between departments and external clients
• Input and manage sales data with integrity
• Assist campaign analysis during and after completion
• Support lead management and customer inquiries

• Three years’ experience in sales support or coordination
• Understanding of sales processes and methodologies
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
• CRM experience;
  Salesforce preferred
• Business, Marketing, or related diploma or degree is a plus
