Remote Customer Financing Manager

Remote customer financing work with RB Global connects an Account Manager to auction buyers, credit applications, and transaction solutions. Burnaby-area employees work hybrid three days weekly.

This Account Manager role supports Ritchie Bros. Financial Services, helping customers finance auctioned equipment and assets. You will respond to financing inquiries, provide rate information, establish pre-approvals, and close approved terms. The position combines relationship management with outbound prospecting, product education, and new-business generation. Strong time management, multitasking, collaboration, and work ethic support the customer experience. Sales experience is an asset, alongside transferable skills and willingness to learn.

• Respond to financing inquiries from auction customers
• Provide rate quotation information to customers
• Obtain credit applications leading to financing transactions
• Establish pre-approvals for customers’ future purchases
• Execute customer and reseller engagement strategies
