Clear Roofs and Exteriors is hiring one roofing sales rep to start this month. $50,000 base salary plus commission, with expected total first-year earnings of $100,000. Reps with a few years of in-home or storm sales behind them clear $150,000+, and our top performer track runs past $250,000.
How you get paid
- $50,000 base salary, paid every pay period, so you are not starting from zero.
- Commission on every job you sell. A rep hitting plan earns another $50,000 in commission in year one.
- Roughly half your appointments come from company leads; the other half you generate yourself.
- Inspection gear, iPad, CRM, and the tools to do the job are supplied.
What the job actually is
- Run inspections and in-home appointments across Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
- Get on the roof, document the damage, and walk the homeowner through what you found.
- Work insurance claims with adjusters on storm jobs and sell retail replacements the rest of the year.
- Knock doors and work referrals in neighborhoods we are already working in.
- Keep your pipeline current in the CRM and hand clean files to our project managers.
Who does well here
- You have sold something face-to-face and have the numbers to show for it: in-home sales, solar, pest control, windows, cars, or roofing.
- You are comfortable on a ladder and on a roof. We will train the roofing; we cannot train the drive.
- You can hold a conversation on a porch with someone who did not ask to talk to you.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Able to pass a background check.
