Remote Territory Sales Manager UPM

Build renewable-materials markets through strategic customer advising and account management as UPM’s fully remote Territory Sales Manager in Canada.

Reporting to the Area Sales Director, East, this Territory Sales Manager serves customers across the assigned territory. You will understand customer needs, coordinate internal functions, and deliver tailored solutions. The position emphasizes agreements, pipeline management, revenue planning, and ethical business practices.

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and strategic partner
• Coordinate with Technical Sales, Inside Sales, and Customer Service
• Develop territory strategies to achieve revenue goals
• Conduct territory analysis and allocate account time
• Communicate sales funnel progress and performance reports

• Five or more years of relevant sales or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Packaging and label industry knowledge preferred, not required
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
• Strong business ethics and demonstrated fiscal responsibility
