Account Manager – Telecom IRC

We are seeking a high-energy Account Manager based in Bellevue, Washington to drive growth and day-to-day commercial engagement across strategic relationships. The individual will work closely with senior Client Partners and business leadership while maintaining strong client coverage, identifying whitespace and ensuring opportunities move rapidly from conversation to execution.

• Identify whitespace and generate new opportunities within accounts.
• Support account planning, executive meetings, workshops and strategic pursuits.
• Drive pipeline progression and maintain strong opportunity discipline.
• Coordinate solution, engineering, delivery and commercial teams.
• Identify opportunities across digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, network transformation, automation and managed services.
• Monitor client priorities, competitive activity and organizational changes.
• Support proposals, commercial discussions and deal closure.
• Ensure strong follow-through on client commitments and account actions.

Global Logic/Hitachi Digital estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in Bellevue, WA is $190,000 – $230,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. Global Logic/Hitachi Digital takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

• 8-12+ years of account management or technology-services sales experience.
• Experience with large technology or telecommunications accounts.
• Strong understanding of technology services, digital engineering or telecom.
• Highly proactive, relationship-oriented and commercially driven.
• Strong account-planning and opportunity-management discipline.
