You will work to schedule and hold back-to-back appointments by phone and video, present options across multiple carriers, and complete applications on the call to move cases toward policy issue.
You will log every conversation in the CRM, stay up-to-date on product details and state insurance rules, and inform clients while their applications are reviewed.
