Account Specialist

The ideal candidate is a motivated, friendly, articulate, and enthusiastic professional with customer service or sales experience, works effectively and productively from a home office, and has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal.

This position is part time. We would like to see at least 20 committed hours with the potential to put in as many as 40 hours a week, as long as the employee is setting quality meetings.

Precision Sidewalk Safety Corp. Headquartered in Ocala, FL, the company uses specialized, patented equipment to remove sidewalk trip hazards (the elevated “lip” resulting from uneven heights of adjacent concrete panels) usually caused by tree roots and ground settling. Our customers are cities, counties, private communities, school districts, businesses, and other large property owners with sidewalks. The company’s business development model is well proven, with high “first introduction-to-sales” conversion rate and high repeat customer ratio. The Account Specialist has some schedule flexibility, works from home office, and has clear market segments with thousands of opportunities.

• Search for, identify, and contact new potential customers
• Qualify potential clients and obtain opportunity for face-to-face meeting between Account Executives and customers
• Attend several trade shows each year to support sales and marketing activities
• Build and maintain a full calendar to optimize Account Executive’s time with customers
• Regular and high-quality communication with supervisor

• Proven success in sales, business development, customer service, and/or marketing
• Great interpersonal and professional communication skills
• Excellent proficiency with computers - Internet, MS Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Experience with  is a plus
• Must own your own computer and have access to decent internet speeds
