This is a remote position.

• Promoting personal development and leadership programs through digital marketing.
• Having initial conversations with people who have expressed interest.
• Sharing program information and following up professionally.
• Building client relationships and maintaining accurate records.
• Participating in ongoing training and development.

This is a remote, performance based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales.

Many begin with 15–20 flexible hours per week around existing commitments.

• Currently based in the United States.
• At least eight years of professional experience.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship building skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, client relations, marketing or a related field.
• Willingness to learn and apply digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Confidence working independently and following a structured process.
• A reliable computer, internet connection and suitable workspace.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
