Cycle Sales Specialist | WFH

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle, from discovery and product demos to negotiation and closing.
• Convert qualified inbound leads into paying customers.
• Build and manage outbound pipelines through cold email, Linked In, and calls.
• Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and create personalized outreach campaigns.
• Track campaign performance, optimize reply rates, and improve meeting conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure smooth customer onboarding handoffs.
• Leverage AI tools for account research, lead generation, personalization, and sales productivity.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including at least 2 years of closing experience.
• Proven experience selling to US and EU markets from India.
• Strong skills in discovery, product demos, objection handling, and negotiation.
• Hands-on experience with cold email and sales engagement tools such as Smartlead, Clay, or similar platforms.
• Practical experience building AI-powered sales workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working US hours and managing sales targets independently.
