Senior Solutions Engineer, Acquisition | West Coast | Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will focus on technical pre-sales support for a high-growth go-to-market team, helping prospective customers understand the value of the company's open source-inspired monitoring and observability solutions. You will partner closely with Sales to guide customer conversations, shape product discussions, and remove technical barriers that impact deal progress. The position also calls for strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to capture customer feedback, strengthen enablement, and improve the resources used to support future opportunities.

Compensation: $204,000 – $254,000 annually

• Partner with Sales to communicate the company's value proposition
• Own technical engagement with customers to help close opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations to clients
• Proactively communicate customer feedback to internal teams
• Drive product discussions based on customer insights
• Enhance documentation and create enablement materials
• Help solve technical and customer challenges for a high-growth team

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with open source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Technical mindset with a desire for growth
• Self-motivated and creative, with a history of taking initiative
• Experience in post-sales or engineering roles is a plus
• Ideally located on the West Coast
