- Design and run the partner program — tiers, margins, enablement, and incentives
- Drive joint go-to-market motions and co-selling with partner teams
- Own the channel pipeline and revenue number, forecasting in Dynamics 365
- Deliver partner enablement and certification on Apsispoint's platform
- Serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic partners
- 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or alliances — in cybersecurity or MSSP
- Track record building or scaling a partner program and hitting channel quota
- Strong understanding of the MSSP business model and economics
- Executive-level relationship and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for partner and industry events
- Existing network of MSSP / reseller relationships
- Experience with white-label / OEM security offerings
- Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem (MISA, Solutions Partner)
