Now we're looking for a Sales Director to lead our growth across the Americas.

You’ll own new business and key account growth across the Americas. That means winning new airport customers, deepening relationships with existing ones, and making Veovo the name people think of when they think airport performance.

• Build trusted relationships with airport executives and operational teams, from the C-suite to the control room
• Shape and run sales plans, account strategies and pipeline, with forecasts the business can rely on
• Own license and subscription revenue, services margin and growth targets for the region
• Help customers get the full value from Veovo's portfolio, so our solutions become indispensable
• Build partnerships and alliances that extend our reach across the Americas
• Lead standout proposals and presentations that solve real airport problems
• Be a visible voice for Veovo at industry events, in industry bodies and on social media

You’ve sold complex enterprise software and you know how to turn a customer's business problem into a solution they can buy into. You're commercially sharp, comfortable in the boardroom, and confident enough to push back when it's the right thing for the customer.

• 5+ years selling for an enterprise software vendor, including turnkey solutions with services and partner management
• 5+ years in the airport industry, or a related field covering resource management, revenue and billing, or the passenger journey
• A track record of closing enterprise deals, with strong negotiation and financial modeling skills
• Experience working hand in hand with solution consultants to translate customer needs into technical reality
• The ability to lead and motivate a virtual team toward a shared goal
• A real sense of urgency and a solutions-first mindset

Product management experience is a bonus.
