MASA is seeking a motivated outside sales leader for a remote, field-based role covering Illinois. Based from home, you will recruit and manage 1099 agents, develop sales strategy, and enroll and retain members while traveling within the state.
Reporting to the Regional VP of Sales, you will coach teams, conduct seminars, generate leads, and ensure compliance. A college degree and 4+ years leading 1099 sales teams are preferred; a driver's license is required, insurance license not required.
