Partner Sales Director - Global System Integrator; GSI

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems for the global enterprise. The Partner Sales Director will work with Global System Integrator partners to drive Ubuntu based solutions, build long term digital transformation platforms, and lead engagements from engineers to CxO levels.

• Manage and grow relationships with GSI partners across sales cycles
• Lead strategy, sell-to, sell-through and sell-with motions with partners
• Coordinate with marketing, sales engineering and product management to hit targets
• Animate customer workshops, sales events and executive engagements
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with partner organizations
• Travel up to 40 percent, sometimes internationally

• Extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management
• Experience with Open Stack, virtualization, containers and cloud technologies
• Autonomous, disciplined, hands‑on, and results‑driven
• Strong ability to capture customer requirements and create opportunities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passionate about Ubuntu products and mission
