Remote SaaS Business Development Representative

Drive SaaS growth remotely from Ontario by combining outbound prospecting with consultative discovery for private club customers across Canada.

As a Business Development Representative, you will expand a leading software solution within the private club industry. You will identify prospects, engage decision-makers, generate qualified opportunities, and support pipeline growth. Collaboration with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams is central to the work.

• Initiate strategic, multi-channel outreach to prospective private club customers
• Build pipelines through outbound, inbound, and industry event prospecting
• Conduct discovery conversations about needs, challenges, and purchasing timelines
• Qualify leads and document insights, activities, and next steps in Salesforce
• Schedule qualified meetings while meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

• At least one year in business or sales development
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers through phone, email, social, and video
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Sales Loft or Outreach, Zoom Info, and Linked In Sales Navigator
• Organized, self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented approach
