Art of Drawers of East Tennessee is growing! We're looking for an outgoing, self-motivated individual to help homeowners transform their kitchens, pantries, and bathrooms with custom pull-out drawers, cabinet organization, and cabinet refacing.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and taking ownership of their success.

Sales, real estate, design, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but formal design experience isn't required.

Important: This is a part-time, 1099 independent contractor position paid entirely through commissions, not an hourly wage. Earnings vary based on sales performance, and the hourly equivalent above reflects time spent in design appointments rather than all working hours. Company-generated appointments are available as consultants qualify, but building your own referrals and sales opportunities is an important part of success.
