Sales Enablement and Operations Lead; Fully Remote

• Build and own systems, processes, and training programs for a high-growth GTM organization.
• Lead onboarding, sales playbooks, messaging, and enablement for AEs, BDRs, and Forward Deployed teams.
• Oversee CRM operations, pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and GTM tech stack.

• Own onboarding and training for new GTM team members with structured ramp programs.
• Develop sales playbooks, enablement materials, and competitive battle cards.
• Manage CRM as the central source of truth and lead pipeline reviews and dashboards.

• Experience in sales or with sales teams in B2B SaaS.
• Build sales enablement programs from the ground up.
• Use AI tools to automate workflows and improve productivity.
• Fully remote, full-time position with flexible hours.
• Significant ownership and autonomy as the first dedicated hire.
