Sales Executive; Bil

The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into loyal patients or clients, and managing ongoing relationships. Their mission is to drive revenue growth, deliver a high-conversion consultative sales experience, and represent the company’s wellness offerings with professionalism and passion.

• Making outbound cold calls to generate new leads and develop business opportunities
• Personally following up with inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels through phone calls, email, and messaging
• Nurturing leads through the sales pipeline and maintaining consistent follow-up to move prospects toward a sale
• Recruiting and developing relationships with contractors and installers, particularly in areas where the company does not have approved installers
• Matching homeowners and business owners with qualified contractors for flooring projects
• Following up with contractors to confirm they have contacted assigned customers within 24-48 hours
• Answering incoming calls and directing customers to the appropriate departments based on customer type (DIY residential, DIY commercial, property managers/owners, architects/designers, general contractors, and installers)
• Following up with DIY customers interested in installing flooring themselves
• Maintaining relationships with repeat contractor customers and identifying additional sales opportunities
• Following up with architects and interior designers regarding product samples, specifications, and projects with longer sales cycles (6-8 months)
• Sending quotes and estimates to customers (client will train)
• Identifying opportunities to close sales and confidently asking for the business
• Recognizing when a lead requires technical expertise or assistance from a sales closer and facilitating an appropriate handoff
• Maintaining accurate records of calls, conversations, customer details, and next steps in Hub Spot CRM
• Managing daily communication through Hub Spot, One Box (Vonage), email, and Whats App
• Supporting sales activities across three office locations:
  Cranbury, NJ;
  Hayward, CA; and Lewisville, TX

• Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience — [REQUIRED]

• Lead generation, qualification, and nurturing — [REQUIRED]
• Confident phone presence with clear, natural spoken English — [REQUIRED]
• Proactive sales approach and willingness to close — [REQUIRED]
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistent follow-up — [REQUIRED]
• Quoting and estimating experience — [PREFERRED; CLIENT WILL TRAIN]
• Knowledge of decorative concrete, coatings, or flooring systems — [PREFERRED]
• Construction, flooring, or building materials industry experience — [PREFERRED]
• Contractor, installer, or trade relationship development — [PREFERRED]
• Real estate or property management experience — [PREFERRED]
