Well Sky is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative (Sleep Coach) to conduct outbound calls and facilitate CPAP supply reorders. You will promote CPAP equipment, build relationships with patients, and ensure satisfaction and retention in the program.
The role is remote and full-time, starting at $15 per hour with a raise to $16 per hour after one year. You will process orders, maintain professionalism, and meet performance targets across patient interactions.
