Account Development Representative - E-commerce Solutions

• Clearly articulate the value proposition of our client's e-commerce solutions and understand prospect needs.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and effectively schedule introductory meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospect interactions and lead status within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to align outbound messaging and campaigns with lead generation efforts.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
• Stay informed about e-commerce trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitor offerings.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, sharing insights and best practices.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a natural talent for building rapport.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain focus in a remote setting.

• Must be able to connect reliably from the East London, Eastern Cape, ZA area or remotely elsewhere in South Africa.
